Do you ship outside the UK? Right now we only ship within the UK, so every order arrives from a single, streamlined delivery route.

How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Is shipping free? Yes — free UK shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 have a flat shipping fee of £3.99.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order anytime from the "Track My Order" link in our footer.

Returns & refunds

What's your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How do I start a return? Email us at hello@berkanova.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send you the next steps within 1 business day.

When will I get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Orders & payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major debit and credit cards, along with Apple Pay and Google Pay, through a secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible at hello@berkanova.com and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has entered processing, we're not able to guarantee changes.

Do you offer bundle discounts? Yes — select products can be bundled together at a discount. Check the product page or our bundles collection for current pairings.

Product care & usage

Are your beauty devices safe to use? All of our electronic beauty tools meet UK product safety standards (UKCA marked) and go through quality checks before listing. As with any beauty tool, we recommend a patch test before first use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

How do I charge my device? Each rechargeable tool (LED Facial Massager, Silicone Face Cleansing Brush, Heated Eyelash Curler, Electric Foot Callus Remover) comes with its own USB charging cable and takes around 2 hours for a full charge.

How often should I use my LED Facial Massager? For best results, we recommend using it for 10–15 minutes, 3–4 times a week, as part of your regular skincare routine.

Can I use these products if I have a skin condition or am pregnant? If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, we recommend checking with a doctor or dermatologist before use.

Are the satin bonnet and pillowcase machine washable? Yes, both are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. Avoid high heat when drying to preserve the satin finish.
