Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Berkanova. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busier periods (such as sale events or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We'll always let you know if there's a significant delay.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery times are estimates and begin counting from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it was placed. Occasionally, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or severe weather.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order at any time using the Track My Order link in our website footer.

If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@berkanova.com.

Shipping delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows above, occasional delays can happen once a package leaves our hands and enters the courier network. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us and we'll help track it down or find a resolution.

Incorrect shipping information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Berkanova is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@berkanova.com and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local delivery depot first, as couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly ahead of arrival. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate with the courier and arrange a resolution.

International shipping

At this time, Berkanova ships to UK addresses only. We hope to expand to more regions in the future — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
